Call Centres recieving large volumes of inbound phone calls can deal with excessive loads or targetted campaigns by sending overflow calls to the VoxSciences system and have voice messages transcribed and sent to their CRM system by email or API.  Once transcribed the voice messages can be search texturally therby greatly improving the speed and quality of response.

  • Textural searching for keywords enables faster and more accurate analysis of campaigns
  • Voice messages can be forwarded as an email between departments and clients
  • Called from numbers (unless withheld) and phone numbers left by the caller are captured and are therefore searchable, vastly improving tracking and retrieving of voice messages
