Comment and competition phone lines have to typically process large volumes of concurrent inbound phone calls over relatively short periods of time. To do this with human operators is prohibatively expensive and to simply record all the messages left means that processing and analysis of the messages is time consuming and labour intensive and therefore expensive. Comment lines associated with broadcasting companies often require rapid analysis of large volumes of voice messages left so that the results or individual messages can be broadcast 'live'- Scroll through messages and respond to the most urgent first
- Textural searching for keywords enables faster and more accurate analysis of campaigns
- Voice messages can be forwarded as an email between departments and clients
